How It Works

A clear plan, at every step.

Four simple steps, from the first visit to the final check.

  1. Contractor with a tablet and tape measure looking at a dated bathroom with the homeowner

Step 1: We visit and listen

We come over, look at your bathroom and talk about what you want.

  2. Tile, oak and stone samples beside a faucet and a written quote on a clipboard

Step 2: You pick a style

Choose a collection and get a written quote with one fixed price for the agreed work.

  3. Tiler pressing a large wall tile into place on a protected, tidy job site

Step 3: We do the work

We manage licensed, insured trades (including subcontractors), clean up every day, and you have one person to call.

  4. Contractor and homeowner looking over the finished oak vanity together

Step 4: We check it together

We go over every detail with you. Our work is covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty.

Found something hidden behind a wall? We explain your options, and nothing changes in price, work or timing without your written OK.

“We felt understood, supported, and guided throughout. Everything went according to plan, and the final result was exactly what was promised. After two bad contractor experiences, this felt like a miracle.”

A Note from the Founder

I started Bella Vita because renovation shouldn't be stressful.

After years in Montreal's renovation industry, I kept seeing the same story: homeowners excited about their project, then crushed by missed deadlines, surprise invoices, and contractors who vanished mid-job.

I built Bella Vita to be the opposite of that experience. We only do bathrooms — that focus means our team has seen every challenge Montreal homes can throw at them. We give you a fixed price before we start, we coordinate licensed and insured trades, and we guarantee the timeline in writing.

Your bathroom should be the most peaceful room in your home. The process of building it should feel the same way.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know.

Transparent answers to the questions Montreal homeowners ask most.

Call us514 779 7262
  1. Our collections start at approximately $25,000 for an Essential tier and range up to $60,000+ for a Prestige build. The exact cost depends on your bathroom size, chosen collection, tier, and any custom work. We provide a fixed, itemized quote before any work begins — so you know the real number upfront with no surprises.

  2. Most standard bathroom renovations take 2–4 weeks from demolition to final walkthrough. Larger or more complex builds (e.g., structural changes, accessibility modifications) may take slightly longer. We guarantee your completion date in writing — and we pay you if we're late.

  3. No. Our white-glove process includes daily cleanup standards and dust containment so you can continue living in your home comfortably. We coordinate work hours around your schedule and assign a single point of contact to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

  4. Your quote itemizes the agreed work, including design consultation, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, fixtures, vanity, lighting, paint, and cleanup. The price is fixed for that scope. If hidden conditions require additional work, we explain the options and obtain your written approval for any changes to the scope, price, or schedule before proceeding.

  5. Absolutely. Our five collections are starting points, not limitations. Many clients blend elements from different collections, and we also offer fully custom designs. During your consultation, we'll learn exactly what you want and build a plan that matches your vision and budget.

  6. Before quoting, we assess visible and accessible areas for signs of moisture, wear, and plumbing or electrical concerns. Some conditions can only be confirmed after walls or floors are opened. If we find an unexpected issue, we explain the findings and options, then obtain your written approval for any changes to the scope, price, or schedule before carrying out additional work.

  7. Our RBQ licence is being obtained. We are an ACQ member and are bonded and insured. Contact us for our current licensing details before starting your project.

  8. Our workmanship warranty covers the installation of every element we build — tiling, plumbing connections, electrical, waterproofing, and structural work. If anything we installed fails within 5 years, we fix it at our cost. The terms are written clearly in your contract.
